Notifying Public Works Comics of Copyright Infringement
Please send us the following information in writing to file a copyright infringement claim:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of
the owner of
a copyrighted work that is purportedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or works purported to have been infringed, or, if
multiple copyrighted works at a single online website are covered by a one notification,
then include a representative list of such works at that website.
- Identification of the material that is purported to be infringing on copyrighted material as
displayed or broadcast on our website. We need information to adequately assist us in
locating the material. You may want to include our video ID number for easy reference.
- Information reasonably sufficient for us to contact the complaining party, such as an
address,
telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the
complaining party
may be contacted.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in
the
manner complained of, is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury,
that the
complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of copyrighted work
that is purportedly infringed.
NOTE: Please consult your attorney or see Section 512(c)(3) of the Copyright Act to confirm the
above listed requirements.

KNOWINGLY MATERIALLY MISREPRESENTS THAT MATERIAL OR ACTIVITY IS
INFRINGING MAY BE SUBJECT TO LIABILITY.
Notifying Public Works Comics of Counter Claim Of Copyright Infringement
To file a copyright counter claim with us, you will need to send us the following information in writing:
- The physical or electronic signature of the subscriber claiming that the work did not
infringe upon copyrighted materials.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been
disabled and where the material appeared on our website before this occurred.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material
was removed or disabled by us as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the
jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located,
or if the subscriber's address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in
which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who
provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
PLEASE CONSULT YOUR ATTORNEY OR SEE 17 U.S.C. SECTION 512(G)(3) OF THE
COPYRIGHT ACT TO CONFIRM THE ABOVE LISTED REQUIREMENTS.
