We Review Videos Flagged/Marked As Inappropriate
When a video gets flagged/marked as inappropriate, we review the video to determine whether it violates
our Terms of Use. Flagged videos are not automatically taken down by the system. If we remove your video
after reviewing it, you can assume that we removed it intentionally.   You should also take our warning
notification seriously.

Do The Right Thing
Here are some common-sense rules you should adhere to:

• Don’t post pornography or sexually explicit content. Even if it describes your video, don't post it
  on Public Works Comics. 
• Don't post videos of illegal acts, like animal abuse on Public Works Comics or anywhere.
• Real violence is not allowed on videos posted on our website.
• .Public Works Comics is not a shock site. Don't post videos of accidents, dead animals, animal cruelty, etc.
  intended to shock the viewer.
• Respect copyright laws . Only upload videos that you made or that you have obtained the rights to use.

• We will not tolerate predatory behavior, or the revealing of personal information about other members. 
  If we find that you are doing these things, we may ban you from Public Works Comics.

Violations of the Terms of Use may result in a warning notification or may result in termination of your
account and deletion of all your videos.

We decide whether we believe your violation of our Terms of Use should result in termination of
your account. If you have an account terminated you are prohibited from ever signing up for
another account!
